As time goes on, there can be more and more information about this crook posted on this site and hopefully others. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF THE 8TRACKAUDIO WEBSITE OR FROM 66FOURDOOR ON EBAY! This crook, Charles M. Nudo, Jr. of Drums, PA is a low life fraudster and scammer. The chances of you getting screwed are too great, even on a tempting deal he may put out. Take a look at the archives of alt.collecting.8-track-tapes...he's in there sock puppeting as various names, mostly "trippin28track", "duty-honor-country" and a host of others. You can trace all of them to the same ISP with no problem. So far, he's had three accounts terminated by eBay for things such as fraud, shill bidding, misrepresentation of items, copyright violations and other issues. Specifically, DO NOT BUY his fraudulent "alignment" tapes off of eBay...they are homemade fakes that will misalign your heads!
I got ripped by this cretin myself. He's rude, racist, a liar, a hypocrite and would do anything to make a buck, including selling fake Quad 8 tracks on eBay. Come on, Charlie- Pink Floyd's "The Wall" was never issued in Quad. And if it *was*, it'd be on two tapes- not the one-tape version you had faked on eBay. Your alignment tapes are bogus- the azimuth is quite a bit off, enough to leave most of the previous recording on a tape if you try to record over it- as are your motors. One size does NOT fit all. He's got at least 50+ aliases, not kidding, on UseNet and he seems to delete posts as soon as he makes them. He's both stupid and dangerous.
This loser Charlie Nudo tried to infiltrate my moderated newsgroup under the fake user name "timmy hite" using his backthetowerlines@yahoo.com address. He emailed me a "troll warning" about a fellow poster but upon investigation I found out he was the actual troll and called him out on it. He's pretty pissed over being outed but that's the reason for moderation of my group, to keep losers like him out. Charlie Nudo, access denied!

Nudo, after feeling the pressure from lots of adverse comments on Usenet and adverse exposure on this blog, has changed his eBay name to "66-catalina." Same fraudster, different name.

Even "hiding" his identity by switching his eBay account name from "66fourdoor" to "66-catalina," Charlie Nudo is still feeling the grinding heel of exposure on his junk sales. A recent tally of his eBay sales since NudoWatch debutted shows a 90% auction failure rate...a collosal disaster.

Our resident 8 track fraudster and con artist, Charlie Nudo, aka 66-catalina, aka 66fourdoor, aka 8trackaudio, is at it again, this time offering "services" such as an Akai deck track switch circuit "mod" and head replacement. Why in the hell would anyone want to replace a glass faced head on one of those? Of course, he offers all sort of "reasons," none of which make any sense, the bottom line being that his eBay sales have been crushed and he and his rat buddy in the bankrupt electronics repair shop are deseperate for cash.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS FRUADSTER!

After getting no less than 25 Google Groups accounts banned for spamming, harassment, threats of violence and other violations of various terms of service, "Noodles" has started up the most laughable sock puppet of them all... "www.8trackaudio.com@8trackaudio.com"! At first, he started just using the munged email addy, but as of yesterday, was using an equally laughable user 'nym of "high plains drifter." Should be more like "low life dumpster diver!" He's also using a sock puppet called "laughingatDesertBob@yahoo.com", evidently since the DeserTBoB Nudo Elimination Team has been hurting him pretty badly of late.
